Whilst the Dutertes were on holidays and gallivanting abroad, the people of Davao City and their properties was under water following a flash flood affecting the whole of the City. But the POGO lawyer and fugitive of law has come to their service once more, this time as the spokesman for flood mitigation in his attempt to hide the P51 billion corrupted infrastructure fund obtained by Congressman Pulong Duterte that led to nowhere but his pocket. Now that the rain has ceased, Davao City remains submerged. The Dutertes, including their useless mayor are out politicking and neglecting their constituents who remain in slumber. And most of them, despite the clear corruption and neglect by their rulers, will continue to shout— Duterte! Duterte! As if there’s no life waiting for them without the Dutertes. Really, Davao City should start hanging their politicians one by one if their flooding issues continue unresolved. Now that’s conditional, no joke , no joke. Davao City: Singapore of the Philippines, and where progress and accountable leadership is but a pipe-dream.
