guys, please focus on your software bugs. I ran into some issues today just by trying to use AR feature. It knocked off my Dream Machine Pro Max. Something is wrong with concurrency. Also my devices started showing like not adopted and then started readopting.... etc.

I already submitted a ticket. I wanted to share the full JVM stacktrace, but jstack was not there and I didn't want to install whole JDK to pull it off. Ticket 4268491 You may want to include some debug utilities into a standard distribution, so catching race conditions and mutex contention would be easier.

While you are here, I want to get 5 G5 Flex as a batch(to save on cost) and 2 G5 PTZ... Any ideas when it can be available?

Great service when you buy stuff. Now invest in opening up to answer the calls when customers have business questions. Had a problem with my latest delievery, No where can I share the bad delievery experience as I almost loss my shipment.
