I had to beg and borrow,my child had to work the whole time,affecting study,to pay for accommodation. In her final yr she was refused SUZI because of covid payment. Impossibly stressful yr. Its really unfair and soul destroying how they can provide for others but not their own.

Ukrainians will still qualify for full grants, Irish taxpayers will continue to subsidise them while struggling to put 1 or more of their own children through college. Keep FG election promise @lawlessj and stop discrimination

Unfortunately no point in contacting any public representatives because they have all made millions out of the refugees. Corruption at it best. No change will come until we the taxpayers get together and demand change. Everyone should make sure never to vote any of them in again

No change. They will apply for the DARE, HARE scheme, and from this year, they can sit Ukrainian in the Leaving Cert and Russian. Six of my highly educated children have emigrated. No point in any Irish graduates staying in Ireland because they are eliminated immediately DEI.

It’s horrendous what’s happening to our children in our own country, we worked hard paid taxes and yet got nothing to put our children through school yet Ukrainian children are getting everything free and are not even means tested, this government should go they are treating 1/2

The Irish are being told that their children will be placed into a "lottery" for school places for their children, as foreign children must come before them. Schools that the natives have been going to for generations! Being made second class citizens in their own country!

This morning I had breakfast with another Italian MEP who has changed his mind on Mercosur after watching the Irish Farmers Journal report on the widespread use of illegal animal antibiotics in Brazil but whie I’m doing the translations and the spade work with my team in Strasbourg and the streets of Brussels are clogged with protesting French farmers - WHERE IS Micheál Martin ???
