Here's the thing, you don't need to ban any strategy. You just need a shot clock. Then you as the golfer figure out yourself what's best to be within the time limit.

It takes me 5 seconds to read my putts and I never have over 27 total putts in a round. Be better at putting is my answer.

I’m not a fan of prancing around on the green. There used to be a concern for where you stepped when near the hole even when you went to retrieve your ball from the hole.

Yes. Nobody wants you stepping on lines around the green like that. Less is more around the hole. I honestly think it cost Fleetwood his win.

Yes. And ban Keegan Bradley while you are at it. His pre-shot routines overall, are disgusting. Even if tv does not show half of it, I fall asleep waiting for him to get the tumbs out of his stool.
