Add voice comms simple

This is what years of 'focus on your own game' does when you simply cannot win without basic teamwork. Riot wants us to be NPCs and have no interactions, but at the same time they create forced interractions through their gameplay design which need any communication, toxic or not

Instead of adding voicecomms to IMPROVE communication, we're REMOVING one of our only ways to communicate in this TEAM-BASED videogame 👍
