DISHONORABLE JUDGES MUST BE HELD ACCOUNTABLE! The same D.C. judges who spent years denying due process to Trump supporters are now suddenly activist champions of justice—but only for illegal immigrants. Lower court judges do *not* have the power to do what they're doing, and Trump should not be complying. Think of it this way: For the SCotUS to make any ruling these SINGLE judges have, it would require FIVE of them. How is it that single, lower court judges have more authority?

BREAKING: Articles of Impeachment Filed Against Rogue Judge Boasberg | Matt Margolis, PJ Media Rep. Brandon Gill (R-Texas) will formally introduce articles of impeachment against radical left-wing U.S. District Judge James Boasberg for what he calls the judge’s “corrupt and unethical” role in the so-called Arctic Frost investigation. "Chief Judge Boasberg has compromised the impartiality of the judiciary and created a constitutional crisis. He is shamelessly weaponizing his power against his political opponents, including Republican members of Congress who are faithfully serving the American people within their jurisdiction," Gill told Fox News Digital. “Judge Boasberg was an accomplice in the egregious Arctic Frost scandal where he equipped the Biden DOJ to spy on Republican senators. His lack of integrity makes him clearly unfit for the gavel. I am proud to once again introduce articles of impeachment against Judge Boasberg to hold him accountable for his high crimes and misdemeanors." The articles of impeachment accuses Boasberg of authorizing unconstitutional subpoenas and nondisclosure orders as part of the FBI’s Arctic Frost probe, which, of course, was signed off by Special Counsel Jack Smith. These orders targeted Republican members of Congress—including Sens. Ted Cruz, Josh Hawley, and Marsha Blackburn—while they were engaged in their official legislative duties, violating Article I protections. Boasberg is also accused of allowing the DOJ to bar AT&T from informing Senator Cruz about a subpoena for his records for at least a year, citing baseless claims that Cruz might destroy evidence or intimidate witnesses. The resolution argues Boasberg’s actions directly violated 2 U.S.C. § 6628, which protects Senate offices from such secret orders. The resolution further alleges that Boasberg enabled politically motivated subpoenas against conservative organizations like the Conservative Partnership Institute and America First Policy Institute, as well as individuals such as Jeffrey Clark, Rudy Giuliani, Mark Meadows, and Jenna Ellis—suggesting the court was weaponized to suppress political opponents. The resolution concludes that Boasberg’s conduct demonstrates a “pattern of impropriety” and a failure to uphold constitutional limits, making him unfit to serve and warranting removal from office. Amen! Boasberg has faced mounting criticism for months over his blatantly partisan injunctions against the Trump administration—rulings that many legal experts say have no constitutional foundation. Previous attempts to rein in his judicial overreach and impeach Boasberg earlier this year fizzled out, but this latest effort has real momentum behind it. “Judge Boasberg, who was entrusted to sit on the bench, to be impartial and to be nonpolitical, and to basically, um, um, review cases in front of him and determine the constitutionality and the legality of the claims in front of him, he has taken it on his own to be a hyper-partisan judge, going after Republicans, signing off on subpoenas that are unlawful, and he signed off on them just to get his political rivals,” Rep. Byron Donalds (R-Fla.) said at a press conference Tuesday. “This is why he needs to be impeached. I commend Congressman Brandon Gill of Texas for leading this effort in the House, to call for articles of impeachment of Judge Boasberg.” The judiciary was never meant to be a playground for partisan power. Congress has not only the right but the obligation to act. This is a test of whether America’s institutions will defend fairness—or protect corruption that hides behind a robe and a gavel. The House must stand firm and remind the nation that no one, not even a judge, is above accountability. Read more:

🚨 BREAKING: DC DRAINO, aka Rogan O'Handley, asks the FIRST QUESTION at today's White House press briefing... he asks if Trump should do what Lincoln did and suspend habeas corpus - but only for illegal aliens. This was a GREAT question. DC_Draino: "In Trump's first 99 days, we've seen a coordinated assault on the rule of law by radical judges, thwarting his agenda with an unprecedented level of national injunctions. These judges are providing more due process to violent MS-13 and Tren de Aragua illegal aliens than they did for American citizens who peacefully protested on January 6th." "As Stephen Miller has highlighted, it would be utterly ridiculous for full trials and appeals for the more than 15 million illegal aliens that came across our border under Joe Biden." "Many are now calling for Trump to circumvent these radical judges and consider suspending the writ of habeas corpus solely for these illegal aliens in accordance with the terms of Article 1, Section 9 of the United States Constitution, which explicitly allows for such a measure when there is a rebellion or invasion." "The greatest presidents, Abraham Lincoln, Ulysses S. Grant, and Democrats' favorite president of all time, FDR - all three of which are not only celebrated by historians, but are immortalized on our national currency with their faces on there." "Furthermore, all three used it against American citizens, where in this instance, we would only be using it against illegal aliens. I think almost every reasonable American would agree that 15 million illegal aliens coming across our border under Joe Biden counts as an invasion, especially since many, as you highlighted, are now robbing, assaulting, r*ping, and k*lling American citizens." "Historic assaults on our republic require reciprocal action from our government. Can you please let us know if and when the Trump administration is planning to suspend the writ of habeas corpus to circumvent these radical judges who are infringing on his Article 2 powers and to start shipping out illegals en masse?" LEAVITT: "I have not heard such discussions take place, but I can assure you [the president is] open to all legal and constitutional remedies to ensure we can continue with the promise TOM HOMAN: "We just arrested a judge... I said from day one: you don't have to support ICE, [but] when you cross that line to impeding, you WILL be prosecuted, judge or not!"

JOURNALISTS WERE BANNED FROM ASKING QUESTIONS ABOUT ELECTION INTEGRITY FOR FOUR YEARS UNDER THE BIDEN ADMINISTRATION (FOR OBVIOUS REASONS). Remember, the Biden DOJ and rogue judges unconstitutionally persecuted, jailed and tortured American citizens and journalists that protested/questioned the 2020 election in order to terrorize us into submission. The FBI even encroached on my home (UN-WELCOMED). By the grace of God, journalists are now permitted to actually do their jobs and ask questions about ELECTION INTEGRITY AND THE 2020 ELECTION. I asked Press Secretary Karoline Leavitt a question about President Trump's election integrity executive order at a press briefing at the White House today. Me- "First and foremost, thank you to the administration for the election integrity executive order because so many journalists for four years were banned from talking about this very subject-so thank you to the administration for that. My question is- yesterday President Trump when signing the order said there’s more to come when it comes to election integrity. Would that include same day voting and hand-counted paper ballots? And why are Democrats against election integrity measures like proof of citizenship when it comes to voting in a United States election?" Press Secretary Karoline Leavitt- "Well, it’s a very good question. You’ll have to ask the Democrats why they are against so many common sense things- not just mandating voter ID…why are they against men in women’s sports, why are they against deporting foreign terrorists from American soil who have been designated a foreign terrorist organization. And I am referring to Tren de Aragua. As for the election integrity order that the President signed yesterday, this is in an effort to restore trust in American elections. There were more than ten steps taken, ten executive actions taken throughout this one order. It directs the attorney general and homeland security to prevent non-citizens from any involvement in administering elections. There is also another host of actions. We can provide the fact sheet for you but it’s a very strong election integrity Executive Order and the President would also like to see Congress do something about this very important issue." Thank you Mike Lindell LindellTV for keeping this fight alive when so many journalists were being canceled and politically persecuted for asking questions about FAIR ELECTIONS. In a full circle redemptive arc moment, President Trump visited the Department of Justice today as the 47th President of the United States and leader of the government agency that once persecuted him. Just a few years ago, the Department of Justice was at the center of a historic and unprecedented prosecution of President Donald Trump. Indicted under the watch of former President Biden and Attorney General Merrick Garland, Trump faced relentless legal battles from within these walls. But today, in a full-circle redemption arc moment, he stands here—not as a defendant, but as the 47th President of the United States. And in his remarks, he made clear that his administration is taking action to restore justice. Speaking from the Department of Justice, President Trump wasted no time addressing what he called the agency’s recent corruption. Trump said- "Unfortunately, in recent years, a corrupt group of hacks and radicals within the ranks of the American government obliterated the trust and goodwill built up over generations. They weaponized the vast powers of our intelligence and law enforcement agencies to try and thwart the will of the American People.” To rebuild that trust, Trump mentioned his sweeping reforms, including revoking the security clearances of officials he says abused their power and pardoning those he called political prisoners. Trump said- “On day one, I signed an executive order banning all government censorship. My administration stripped the security clearances of the disgraced intelligence agents who lied about Hunter Biden’s laptop. We revoked the clearances of deranged Jack Smith, Alvin Bragg, Letitia James, and the corrupt law firms – I pardoned hundreds of political prisoners who had been grossly mistreated.” It was an incredible moment of redemption for the 47th president—once prosecuted by this institution, now standing at its helm and vowing to clean house. Trump said- "They spied on my campaign, launched one hoax and disinformation operation after another...broke the law on a colossal scale, persecuted my family, staff and supporters...raided my home Mar-a-Lago...and did everything within their power to prevent me from becoming the President of the United States." For President Trump, today’s speech was not just about policy—it was personal. Once the target of what many call a politically motivated persecution, he now stands as the leader of the very government entity that tried to take him down. Donald J. Trump President Donald J. Pretrial Solitary Confinement Is Not “Normal” | Due Process, Punishment, And What Happened To Me ⚖️🇺🇸 This video is not politics. It is constitutional rights. It is due process. And it is what happens when “pretrial” starts looking and feeling like punishment. ⚖️ Here is the key point most people do not understand. If you are a pretrial detainee, you have not been convicted. And the Supreme Court has been clear that a pretrial detainee cannot be punished. The government can detain you, but it cannot impose conditions that amount to punishment. That matters because solitary confinement is not a slap on the wrist. Extended isolation changes your mind. It breaks sleep. It breaks peace. It breaks your ability to regulate stress. 🧠 People argue Eighth Amendment, cruel and unusual punishment. But the bigger legal reality for pretrial detention is the Due Process Clause. The Court of Appeals in Bell v. Wolfish relied on due process rather than the Eighth Amendment because pretrial detainees cannot be punished at all. In plain English, pretrial conditions are supposed to be about safety and legitimate detention needs, not retaliation, not political heat, not humiliation, and not breaking a man before he ever sees a jury. That is why I am talking about solitary confinement and due process together. Because pretrial is not supposed to be punishment. And if the conditions become punitive, that is where constitutional violations start. ⚖️ I am sharing this because people see headlines and never see the human cost. I spent long stretches in solitary confinement as a pretrial detainee. Before trial. Before a conviction. Before I was “technically” supposed to be punished. Then I came home and the delayed impact hit. Months later. Not immediately. That is how trauma works. The body keeps the score even when you pretend you are fine. 🧠 This video is also one example in a longer timeline. There were other things that happened to me in custody that I will address separately, with documentation and context, because I do not do rumor and I do not do vague claims. People can hate what I was accused of. People can disagree with me. That does not change the Constitution. Due process either applies to everyone, or it applies to no one. 🇺🇸 Watch the video. Then ask yourself one question. If pretrial detainees can be treated like convicted prisoners, what does “innocent until proven guilty” even mean. 👀

Kash Patel CONFIRMS Judge Juan Merchan should have never been assigned to Donald Trump’s case Kash Patel “I'm calling for the subpoenas to be issued to Judge Merchant's Daughter's company who made $15+ million dollars from the illicit information pouring out of her father's courtroom - I wanna know the bank records because money doesn't lie - I wanna know how deep it is and how much of it went to the family and how much of it is going to the family after this false conviction - Then we need to investigate the FEC actual violations that this judge and his family conducted Judge Juan Merchan should never have been overseeing this trial to begin with because of the illicit campaign money that was flowing through there and the unconstitutional due process violations are only the beginning.“ That’s not all, here’s more reasons why he should have NEVER been assigned Donald Trump’s case from The Older Millennial: ‘For these type of cases, the way it's supposed to work is that there is a panel of 24 judges, and they are all put in rotation and randomly assigned these types of cases. Judge Merchan is not on that panel. That's because he's not a judge. He's an acting judge. The only way he could have caught this case was to be specifically assigned to it. There was no chance of him being randomly selected. The wild thing is that according to the left and the department of justice, judge Merchan was not only randomly selected to be the judge in this trial, but he was also randomly selected to be the judge in the Trump Organization case, and he was randomly selected to be the judge in the Steve Bannon case. So judge Merchan, a judge that is not in the pool of 24 judges that is supposed to catch these cases, a judge that is not an actual judge, but an acting judge caught all 3 Trump related cases randomly. This is a judge who gives heavily to an organization very plainly named Stop Trump, and a judge whose daughter makes tens of millions of dollars every year promoting Democrats.’ Insane corruption.

⚠️ ROGUE JUDGE BOASBERG JUST DECLARED WAR ON THE CONSTITUTION 🇺🇸 Let’s call it what it is: Judicial Insurrection. Judge James Boasberg, an Obama-era operative turned federal activist, just held President Donald J. Trump Trump’s administration in contempt—not for breaking the law, but for enforcing it. Why? Because they refused to re-import an MS-13 gang member with documented domestic abuse allegations, expelled to El Salvador under proper immigration law. This judge isn't seeking justice. He’s running a shadow government from the bench. Here's What Boasberg Did: 🔹 Overruled deportation orders 🔹 Demanded the return of a foreign criminal 🔹 Threatened contempt charges for upholding U.S. law 🔹 Defied prior Supreme Court precedent 🔹 Demanded daily updates like he’s a military commander This is not the role of a judge. This is the behavior of a tyrant in a robe. Where is Congress? The Founders gave Congress power to check judicial tyranny. Article III, Section 2 allows limiting federal court jurisdiction. The solution isn’t hypothetical—it’s in the Constitution. Congress has done it before. They can do it again. Speaker Speaker Mike Johnson —This Is Your Moment: 🛑 Strip jurisdiction from rogue courts like Boasberg’s 🛑 Tie court reform to reconciliation 🛑 Defund activist benches that obstruct the President 🛑 Protect Trump’s lawful authority to secure this nation This judge has crossed the red line. He’s not interpreting the law—he’s inventing it. He is defying the will of the American people, elevating foreign criminals over citizen safety, and weaponizing the robe to wage war against President Trump. Enough cowardice. Enough silence. Congress must act NOW or the judiciary will continue to act as the de facto ruling class—unaccountable, unelected, and unchecked. 🔥 This is not a legal dispute—it’s a constitutional crisis. President Trump is right: They hate him so much, they’ll burn the system down just to destroy him. But they’re not just attacking him… They’re attacking YOU.
