DISHONORABLE JUDGES MUST BE HELD ACCOUNTABLE! The same D.C. judges who spent years denying due process to Trump supporters are now suddenly activist champions of justice—but only for illegal immigrants. Judge James Boasberg is at the center of this hypocrisy, proving due process only matters when it serves the... left's political agenda. Boasberg ruled that illegal immigrants and accused Tren de Aragua gang members cannot be deported under the Alien Enemies Act, claiming it violates their due process rights. On Monday, a D.C. panel heard the Trump administration’s appeal—one judge even went so far as to say that the United States treated Nazis better than the illegal migrants now that have since been deported to a jail in El Salvador. But where was this concern for due process when it came to American citizens targeted for January 6th and for protesting an election? Boasberg and D.C.’s judges allowed the Biden administration to label Trump supporters as domestic terrorists and insurrectionists —and some judges themselves publicly called J6 defendants "terrorists" before their trial. This destroyed these American’s chances of a fair jury pool or due process. But where was Judge Boberg’s outrage for due process then? To further illustrate, Judge Boasberg sentenced decorated NYPD officer and 9/11 first responder Sara Carpenter to years in prison- Sara was a nonviolent protester known for shaking a tambourine on January 6th. Boasberg even allowed the Justice Department to submitt her rosary beads and nativity set as evidence against her at her trial that were confiscated during an unconstitutional raid on her home. For four years, Trump supporters were violently beaten, denied medical care, locked in pretrial solitary confinement. No hearings. No presumption of innocence. NO BAIL OR TRIAL FOR MANY J6ers. Activist judges like Boasberg threw them into DC Jail, or D.C. Gulag, denying them their due process rights as Americans citizens. But now, Boasberg is fighting for illegal immigrants, while he sat deafeningly silent as Americans were tortured and jailed for protesting the election of Joe Biden—who just happens to be the former vice president of the president who appointed Boasberg. If due process genuinely mattered, Boasberg could have used his questionable, yet massive, ‘activist’ platform to speak out. He did not. Instead, he upholds a two-tiered justice system—where illegal immigrants get rights, but Trump supporters got years of solitary confinement in a Gulag a few miles away from this White House. So why does due process only apply when it benefits the left’s political agenda? If you support President Trump, you’re a domestic terrorist before trial. But if you break U.S. law and enter illegally, Boasberg and D.C.’s judiciary will fight for you. This isn’t about justice. It’s about power. Lower court judges do *not* have the power to do what they're doing, and Trump should not be complying. Think of it this way: For the SCotUS to make any ruling these SINGLE judges have, it would require FIVE of them. How is it that single, lower court judges have more authority?

BREAKING: Articles of Impeachment Filed Against Rogue Judge Boasberg | Matt Margolis, PJ Media Rep. Brandon Gill (R-Texas) will formally introduce articles of impeachment against radical left-wing U.S. District Judge James Boasberg for what he calls the judge’s “corrupt and unethical” role in the so-called Arctic Frost investigation. "Chief Judge Boasberg has compromised the impartiality of the judiciary and created a constitutional crisis. He is shamelessly weaponizing his power against his political opponents, including Republican members of Congress who are faithfully serving the American people within their jurisdiction," Gill told Fox News Digital. “Judge Boasberg was an accomplice in the egregious Arctic Frost scandal where he equipped the Biden DOJ to spy on Republican senators. His lack of integrity makes him clearly unfit for the gavel. I am proud to once again introduce articles of impeachment against Judge Boasberg to hold him accountable for his high crimes and misdemeanors." The articles of impeachment accuses Boasberg of authorizing unconstitutional subpoenas and nondisclosure orders as part of the FBI’s Arctic Frost probe, which, of course, was signed off by Special Counsel Jack Smith. These orders targeted Republican members of Congress—including Sens. Ted Cruz, Josh Hawley, and Marsha Blackburn—while they were engaged in their official legislative duties, violating Article I protections. Boasberg is also accused of allowing the DOJ to bar AT&T from informing Senator Cruz about a subpoena for his records for at least a year, citing baseless claims that Cruz might destroy evidence or intimidate witnesses. The resolution argues Boasberg’s actions directly violated 2 U.S.C. § 6628, which protects Senate offices from such secret orders. The resolution further alleges that Boasberg enabled politically motivated subpoenas against conservative organizations like the Conservative Partnership Institute and America First Policy Institute, as well as individuals such as Jeffrey Clark, Rudy Giuliani, Mark Meadows, and Jenna Ellis—suggesting the court was weaponized to suppress political opponents. The resolution concludes that Boasberg’s conduct demonstrates a “pattern of impropriety” and a failure to uphold constitutional limits, making him unfit to serve and warranting removal from office. Amen! Boasberg has faced mounting criticism for months over his blatantly partisan injunctions against the Trump administration—rulings that many legal experts say have no constitutional foundation. Previous attempts to rein in his judicial overreach and impeach Boasberg earlier this year fizzled out, but this latest effort has real momentum behind it. “Judge Boasberg, who was entrusted to sit on the bench, to be impartial and to be nonpolitical, and to basically, um, um, review cases in front of him and determine the constitutionality and the legality of the claims in front of him, he has taken it on his own to be a hyper-partisan judge, going after Republicans, signing off on subpoenas that are unlawful, and he signed off on them just to get his political rivals,” Rep. Byron Donalds (R-Fla.) said at a press conference Tuesday. “This is why he needs to be impeached. And why are Democrats against election integrity measures like proof of citizenship when it comes to voting in a United States election?" Pretrial Solitary Confinement Is Not “Normal” | Due Process, Punishment, And What Happened To Me ⚖️🇺🇸 This video is not politics. It is constitutional rights. It is due process. And it is what happens when “pretrial” starts looking and feeling like punishment. ⚖️ Here is the key point most people do not understand. If you are a pretrial detainee, you have not been convicted. And the Supreme Court has been clear that a pretrial detainee cannot be punished. The government can detain you, but it cannot impose conditions that amount to punishment. That matters because solitary confinement is not a slap on the wrist. Extended isolation changes your mind. It breaks sleep. It breaks peace. It breaks your ability to regulate stress. 🧠 People argue Eighth Amendment, cruel and unusual punishment. But the bigger legal reality for pretrial detention is the Due Process Clause. The Court of Appeals in Bell v. Wolfish relied on due process rather than the Eighth Amendment because pretrial detainees cannot be punished at all. In plain English, pretrial conditions are supposed to be about safety and legitimate detention needs, not retaliation, not political heat, not humiliation, and not breaking a man before he ever sees a jury. That is why I am talking about solitary confinement and due process together. Because pretrial is not supposed to be punishment.
