Nick Saban has always asked this question about Leadership... "How many guys on the team need to be led?" Coach Saban believed in the power of Collective Leadership with his teams. 1. Are most players on your team bought in? 2. Do most players on your team set a good example? These players do not need someone to impact or influence them if they are already making these choices and leading by example. This is the power of collective leadership. Collective leadership is vital to successful teams. I believe there are 7 types of Collective Leaders that all teams need: 1. The GAMER - When the game is on the line. Who does the team look to? Who wants the ball in their hand? It is the Game Leader. They don't "have" to lead in other ways, but it would be best if they did. This player is often the ultimate competitor on the team. 2. The WORKER - Winning Teams have Practice Leaders. They bring energy and focus to each practice. They ensure competitive and strong practices. They Lead by Example. You practice much more than you play. 3. The GATEKEEPER - This leader ensures the Team Culture is Maintained. They put out the fires. They keep the team accountable. Especially when the coach is not there. They are essential in WINNING Teams. 4. The COMMUNICATOR - It is a long season. There will be difficult days. Teams need the Communicator to get through these tough days. They often provide humor and can lighten the mood. They have high Emotional Intelligence. This is an Underappreciated Leader. 5. The CONNECTOR - These players are often your “glue” players. They keep the team connected on the court or field as well as in the locker room and in social settings. 6. The ENERGY GIVER - The Energy Giver brings Positive Energy Every Day! Their Energy is Contagious! This leader knows that nothing great can be accomplished without Enthusiasm. The Energy Leader brings positive energy each day. They feed the team! 7. The SERVER - Finally, the Server embodies Servant Leadership. They are all about the TEAM. They bring a WE-first mentality to all they do. Their focus on the TEAM creates a contagious WE>ME mentality throughout the team. Collective Leadership WINS. _____ Follow me for more actionable ideas on coaching, leadership, and personal growth. Subscribe to my newsletter, 🏆 Great Teams Better Leaders 123. Data teams spend weeks on simple requests. (This AI answers them in minutes.) Most data analysis is repetitive manual tasks. Data teams spend more time on setup than actual analysis. The workflow usually looks like this: → Run some exploratory data analysis in a local Jupyter notebook or environment → Pull data from multiple disconnected sources → Write code from scratch for every analysis → Export static charts that stakeholders can't explore (or wrestle with legacy BI to create a dashboard) → Manually send updates via email or Slack when data changes → Start over for each new request Most teams accept this as "how data analysis works." While business decisions wait for insights. That's where Fabi changes the entire approach. It's a powerful, AI-native platform built for teams that want to boost productivity and supercharge their data workflows. Instead of working on separate tools and manual processes, you collaborate on analysis that automatically delivers insights where teams work. Here's what makes Fabi different: AI-Native Analysis Environment ↳ SQL and Python work together with AI assistance that handles coding and debugging automatically. Smart Automation Workflows ↳ Automatically send AI-powered reports and summaries right where business works in Slack, email, and spreadsheets. Universal Data Integration ↳ Analyze data from files, Google Sheets, Airtable, plus your data warehouse and databases in one place. Collaborative Data Apps ↳ Create interactive dashboards that stakeholders can explore and ask follow-up questions directly. What you can do with Fabi that legacy BI can't: ➟ Send AI-generated insights directly to Slack channels ➟ Automatically email data summaries to stakeholders ➟ Analyze uploaded files without complex ETL processes ➟ Collaborate on analysis like Google Docs for data ➟ Build workflows that push insights to spreadsheets Perfect for teams that want to move beyond the constraints of legacy and increase their impact. Teams using Fabi see immediate results: ✓ Insights delivered in minutes instead of days ✓ Reduced context switching between tools ✓ Stakeholders explore data independently ✓ Workflows automated to save hours of manual work From analysis to automated delivery - all in one AI-native environment. 📌 Try Fabi today: 👉 Follow Fabi.ai and marc for Fabi updates. 🔄 Repost to help other teams streamline data analysis #DataAnalysis #ModernBI #DataOps #InteractiveDashboards #FabiPartnership #SponsoredByFabi

Your agents can't keep up with real-time data. Especially when it's scattered across dozens of sources. Most teams waste weeks building custom connectors for every database, API, and data warehouse. Then they build ETL pipelines to sync everything. By the time your agent retrieves the data, it's already outdated. Picture this: Your Postgres database updated 5 minutes ago. Your MongoDB collection changed 2 minutes ago. Your agent is still pulling from yesterday's snapshot. This is why most production RAG systems fail. There's a better approach: MindsDB is an open-source AI platform with a federated data engine that lets you query multiple data sources in real-time using SQL - without moving any data. Here's what makes it different: ↳ Your data stays in place. No ETL pipelines or data duplication ↳ Query Postgres, MongoDB, REST APIs, and more using consistent SQL ↳ JOIN across different sources in real-time with a unified interface ↳ Works with both structured and un-structured data And here's the best part: You don't even need to write SQL. Just describe what you want in plain English, and MindsDB converts it to SQL automatically. The system does all the heavy lifting. The breakthrough for AI agents is simple: When data updates at the source, your agent gets fresh results immediately. No sync delays. No stale embeddings. No custom code for each integration. You can literally write a SQL query that joins a Postgres table with a MongoDB collection and gets live results. This is what production AI applications need but rarely get. In this video, I give you a complete walkthrough of what we just discussed and how to actually do it. Make sure you watch this till the end. I've shared the link to MindsDB's GitHub repo in the next tweet!

My heartfelt congratulations to my all-time favorite city, Bishoftu, Ethiopia, and to Africa on this extraordinary $12 billion investment to build what will become one of the continent’s premier international airports (BIA). This is indeed a proud moment—not just for infrastructure, but for Africa’s confidence, vision, and future. I offer my deepest gratitude to Ethiopian Airlines whose over 80 years of unwavering dedication to safety, quality, and excellence have made it a global symbol of African pride. 🎯 Beyond aviation, the airline’s commitment to corporate social responsibility (CSR) has touched countless lives. We at Heart Attack Ethiopia, Inc. are especially thankful for their extraordinary support of our life-saving missions—transporting volunteers, critical medical equipment, and air cargo that have made it possible to deliver care where it is needed most. 🎯 No development can ever be complete without protecting what matters most—people. The safety, security, and well-being of Ethiopians, passengers and the more than 20,000 dedicated employees of Ethiopian Airlines must always remain the highest priority. 🎯 As Africa’s connectivity expands, so must the systems that ensure travelers and crews have access to world-class care when it matters most. Following the completion of Africa’s largest hydroelectric power project, #GERD, this milestone stands as another deeply personal moment for me—one closely aligned with the values and causes I care about profoundly. My sincere thanks go to everyone who worked tirelessly to turn this vision into reality. 🔐 Stay tuned—important health-focused developments are on the horizon.
