I believe the Lord Prayer is a prayer structure. When we pray we have a conversation with our creator. I don’t believe the Lord wants empty chants.

I pray it sometimes, both of them. This guy is sometimes helpful but often just messed up. I pray for him because it's a serious responsibility to share the truth of God's Word. We Must make sure not to do it out of context or pridefully!

He’s correct in that we don’t ask to be forgiven AS we forgive others but John said we now forgive BECAUSE we’ve been forgiven The rest of the prayer is fine but the point isn’t to just pray a repetitive prayer but it gives us an idea of how to pray That was the point

God’s people need to wake up. Pray thankful prayers, “Be careful for nothing; but in every thing by prayer and supplication with thanksgiving let your requests be made known unto God.” Philippians 4:6 KJV The Lord‘s prayer is a model, but not something you should be repeating every day.

Sad that believers don’t know that the Kingdom of God has already come as the result of Jesus death and resurrection. That we are already eternally forgiven, and as righteous with the father as Christ. “When the Son of Man returns, will He find faith in the earth?”

I like this dude alot, but this is the problem with sola scriptura. We need help sometimes reading the word of God. The catholic church isn't perfect but it helps with context and understanding the word. The word =Jesus John 1:1-2 NIV [1] In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was God. [2] He was with God in the beginning.

Totally concerning. We can pray the Lord’s Prayer every day. It aligns exactly with the teaching and actions of Jesus Christ.

Yeah. Don't pray 20 Hail Marys and 10 Our Fathers. Pray 0 Hail Marys and 1 Our Fathers/day, and mean it.
