Maybe. Regardless Trump had one absolute condition, no nuclear capability, full stop. Since at least 1987, likely based on his uncles input in the 60’s ish. There has been no indication that the Iranians even hinted at the possibility. Lastly, Trump would believe their representations of the discussions but he doesn’t seem like a person easily swayed off his innate positions eg immigration or nuclear proliferation.
