In the video, multiple ICE agents are seen surrounding a civilian vehicle with several cars. Both back doors of the vehicle are open as agents stand around it. An ICE agent is heard saying: “We just want to make sure you are good, you were driving like a complete maniac, and the way that you’re acting, we have to verify if you are good, and then we will be out of here.” That statement matters… because ICE does not have general authority to conduct traffic stops. Immigration enforcement agents cannot pull someone over for alleged driving behavior. That power belongs to state and local law enforcement, not federal immigration officers. There is no claim of a specific crime. No explanation of probable cause. No warrant shown. Just ICE agents stopping a car, detaining the occupants, and admitting on camera that they initiated the stop based on how someone was “driving.” That is an unlawful stop. Under the Constitution, law enforcement cannot seize or detain someone without legal authority or probable cause. Breaking footage from Houston, Texas #ICE operation hits Home Depot and illegals scatter. This was just a small part of the operation from this morning where approximately 120 illegals were apprehended and are now getting their due process before being deported! There’s an entire industry that’s based on using illegal alien slave labor. It’s time for that to end. Note the one US citizen out there trying to get a job, doing the work that liberals say Americans won’t do. Now he doesn’t have to compete against illegals. The reality is illegal aliens compete for just about every job in our country but they disproportionately affect the low income communities. If you actually care about low income Americans, then you will support the deportation of illegals. God bless #ICE. If you’re here illegally, it’s time to go home. 🚨BREAKING: ICE agents just threatened to shoot a U.S. citizen for exercising his First Amendment right to observe and film ICE activities… and it was all caught on camera. In the video, agents come up to a man’s car after stopping in front and behind him, aggressively pounding on his window and yelling: “This is your warning… stop fucking following us. You are impeding operations.” The man says, “This is my house. I’ve got to get to my house.” The agent then tells him, “This is your warning… go home to your kids.” Which is a chilling thing to say when a U.S. citizen is literally driving through his own neighborhood… and being told he isn’t allowed to do so. Then the camera pans to the other window, where another agent stands with his gun drawn. Not holstered. Gun in hand. The man rolls down his window and calmly says, “You should go to church.” The agent replies, “You’re making bad decisions.” Bad decisions… like driving in your own neighborhood? Filming? Breathing? And then the original agent comes back to the car yelling: “You are not going to like the outcome. I guarantee that.” They’re not being vague. They’re not cautioning him. What they mean by “the outcome” is spelled out seconds later: “Go home to your children. It’s Sunday. Did you not learn from what just happened?” This is a threat. This is intimidation. This is armed government agents using lethal force as a warning against constitutional rights. They are telling the public that anyone who observes them, anyone who films them, anyone who doesn’t immediately disappear, can expect the same outcome as Renee Good. And it’s no surprise, because this is exactly what “justice” looks like under Donald Trump’s administration. A man in Memphis says task force agents held him at gunpoint, then searched his home using a warrant that wasn’t even for him. That is a direct violation of the Fourth Amendment. This task force brings together federal agencies like ICE and the U.S. Marshals Service… the same agencies already being exposed for detaining people without proper warrants and grabbing the wrong individuals. This administration told you this was about “violent criminals”… but now, people who aren’t even on warrants are having guns pointed at them inside their own homes. If they can enter a home without a warrant, detain someone who isn’t even the target, and ignore the Constitution entirely… then even U.S. citizens are no longer safe. 🚨BREAKING: ICE agents tried to tell a building manager that a locked apartment building is not private property, in Minneapolis. In the video, the building manager asks a very simple question: Do you have a judicial warrant? The agent’s response? “This is not private property.” Which is a wild thing to say while standing outside a locked residential building you’re trying to get into. He keeps insisting she’s wrong. She doesn’t budge. She finally says, “You aren’t going to get in. I’m not opening the door without a warrant.” Another agent then asks if she can tell him whether the person on his phone is inside. She says, “No.” He then responds, “Can’t tell me that either? Want to keep your criminals in your building?” And she shuts that down by saying, “I want to keep my residents safe.” Which is the exact opposite of what ICE was doing. Because trying to pressure your way into private property, without a judicial warrant, is fishing. It’s hoping someone doesn’t know their rights. And do you know what they hope you don’t realize? If this person was actually some dangerous “worst of the worst” criminal, they love talking about, getting a judge to sign a warrant would be the easiest part of their day. Instead, they show up with no warrant, no legal authority to enter, and try to lie their way inside. Because ICE agents are gambling on the idea that regular people will be too scared to say no. And that’s why they continue to use threats and violence, while claiming that anyone with a pending immigration case is a criminal. This manager saw through that. 🚨This is very disturbing. ICE agents were filmed assaulting MULTIPLE children, who are U.S. citizens, in Edinburg, TX. In the video, agents are standing around a group of children. One agent shoves a girl out of the way… then punches a 16-year-old in the face. A child. And then it gets worse… A few minutes later, you can see agents escorting a man from his house… and you can hear people yelling: “Where is the warrant?” Because this isn’t complicated… under the Fourth Amendment, you don’t get to enter someone’s home and take them without a warrant. A home is where your rights are strongest. And instead of showing a warrant… they continue to kidnap the man. Meanwhile, ANOTHER minor, already hit by an agent, has blood dripping from his nose… throws his arms around the man being kidnapped… while repeating: You need a warrant! A kid… bleeding… having to remind grown federal agents what the Constitution says. And then it gets even worse. The video then shows an agent going after a 14-year-old girl… claiming she assaulted him… After he was just caught on video assaulting multiple minors. He shoves her head down… yanks her by the arm… then grabs her by the hair. As they’re telling him… over and over… “She’s 14. She’s a minor.” He doesn’t stop, or de-escalate. He keeps going… until another agent steps in and handcuffs her. Fully grown men are seen… Shoving children. Punching children. Dragged, restrained, and pulling children by the hair… And claiming the CHILDREN are the threats. But, in reality… this is excessive force against minors. This is due process being ignored in real time. This is what it looks like when people with authority decide the Constitution is more of a suggestion than a limit. And before anyone jumps in with the usual… “we don’t know the full story” No. There is no version of this where punching a child in the face is standard procedure. This got absolutely no national news coverage. Now juxtapose that with the ICE incidents where the media goes rabid over Immigrants who don't belong here. The agents stop, get out of their cars, and approach THEM. One agent has his GUN drawn, another has his TASER drawn. The agents tell the legal observers to stop following them. A U.S. citizen responds: “We aren’t doing anything illegal. It’s totally legal to follow you.” He is correct. The First Amendment protects the right to record law enforcement, and federal agents, carrying out their duties in public. And federal regulations specifically recognize that people can record publicly accessible federal activity from public sidewalks, and streets, when they aren’t impeding or disrupting operations. Then, the agent says: “Stop following us, you aren’t going to like the outcome.” That is a serious First Amendment retaliation issue. And then it gets even more dangerous. The same armed federal agents, who just threatened these people with weapons and retaliation… surround the citizens’ car and claim THEY are blocking traffic. But look at the video. The only people blocking traffic are the ICE agents… who have now boxed in the citizens’ car. Agents cannot detain someone because they don’t like being watched. A vehicle stop requires reasonable suspicion of an actual legal violation. And recording and observing ICE agents, from a public place, is not obstruction. It is not illegal. Government agents are supposed to be accountable to the people… not the other way around. The First Amendment protects your right to watch and record your government. The Fourth Amendment limits the government’s power to stop and detain you. And neither one comes with an ICE exception.
