I didn't see any benefit at all splitting up injections. I think when he says micro-dosing, he's talking about mcg. Now to me, that makes zero sense. Our version of micro-dosing is a mg here and a mg there. I think I was doing 2mg 3 days a week or some shit. No benefit to me at all. I don't believe he thinks in terms of fat loss either. Who knows really...that's why we are all doing research..haha

We are all very different and react differently. Based on the studies 1mg was lowest on paper. Anecdotal lots people lower dosing more frequently good results. My only gripe is he has viewers he says something and gives no dosing guidelines. Seems sketchy.

He does give them if you follow on IG. I have every protocol with dosages. When he posts on IG and says comment "whatever it is for that video" you get the entire study, dosages and outcomes. Ive ran 2 protocols and it worked exactly like he said. The only thing to keep in mind is he is not talking about bodybuilding, fat loss etc..He is talking about solving and/preventing issues/illnesses. After my rhabdo battle, I was recovered from that but had zero energy, couldn't sleep, all kinds of shit going on. Doctors kept trying to prescribe me fking meds on top of meds. Nothing worked. Ran 2 of his protocols, dropped all those meds and the cholesterol and BP meds. Reset my sleep, energy levels came back and in turn, muscle started piling back on. My fking BP is lower off the meds than it was the past 8 years on them. Fucking wild!!

.5ml dmso into the vial with slu. Have another vial with 2ml bac water. You then slowly introduce the slu with dmso into the vial with bac water. Every few drops, stop and swirl. Do not introduce bac water into the dmso/slu.
