I dont know if its cause she has some weird 70s vibe or looks like she belongs in the background of the original Star Trek series - but for whatever reason, I think shes hot as hell.

No, diversity means that people can work like anyone else regardless of their skin color, culture, gender, etc.

It is like they made DEI a euphemism for black and it’s especially harmful in the workplace because it affects how black or brown people are treated by whites when they’re just trying to do a good job, not feel special, or above anyone else or whatever. I’ve seen how the boomers react to our difference behind closed doors. This is why I work with all men when I shouldnt be. The public perception of DEI is aligned with commie trans pussy hat picket lines and it funnels women into working beneath our skillsets and experience levels. VS including black and brown models actually helps change that, it assimilates, and keeps us from being radicalized by third worldists. It poaches customers from a middle class who can reasonably afford to shop at places like vs. That’s all why I’m against DEI because it’s segregation rebranded I was only kind of sad they didn’t have bombshell bronze when I went today, I spent like 400$.. I didn’t have a problem with the line up but I would’ve shopped there regardless. It just represents to me the manufacturing of a new middle class as well as social engineering. The people complaining don’t know that they have leveled up too, with how much time they have to sit around mad and complain instead of working with their head down. It’s a luxury to bitch so much. I tend to go to place based on the products that fit my already existing shape. If they don’t use a wider variety of models to base their products on, then that means customers will naturally go to a competitor that does design with our features in mind instead. I’ve definitely spent more money at skims and savageX fenty, AE, my higher use items. Ive been quietly getting into free people over the years, and Greg Norman’s polos since I came to Dallas. I enjoy their patterns and color variety, I pretty much hate crew neck shirts and wearing leggings everywhere. after the military, to me that’s still like the equivalent of living out of a duffel bag and I don’t want to live like that anymore. I have no idea how to build a stylish yet sofisticated and ready to wear wardrobe, in the stores, sometimes things look good but then I come home and it looks granny and collects dust on a hangar for 6 months. Annoyingg. My mom still shops at Cato and thrift stores so there’s not a lot of inspo or influence coming from my family but I’m not near them enough, I wouldn’t struggle so much if I was. My aunt is like a blonde miss piggie she’s glam everything and always has the best outfits but she’s turned into a hoarder, all her stuff is stylish and cheap but I just want a consistent look I can always fall back on. I’m about ready to go the Steve Jobs turtle neck route because I’m sooo tired of wondering of something will look good on me. Maybe the different kinds of models help fix that? 🤷🏽‍♀️
