The matrimonial house is either the husband’s property or the in-laws’ property, and the wife has ABSOLUTELY ZERO ownership rights over that property merely because she got married. Yes, if she is residing there, it may be considered a shared household for the purpose of living and shelter. But that does not make her the owner of the property. Women in our country cry for the husband’s & in-laws’ property but rarely talk about respecting those relationships enough to deserve any voluntary share or ownership. Rather, when asked why they are not equally vocal about claiming their father’s or brother’s property, they suddenly become silent. Rights over someone else’s property cannot be claimed selectively. James Sexton, a divorce attorney who does heavy pro bono work with abuse victims, shared this on Lisa Bilyeu’s podcast. He gets them out safely with orders of protection and custody... then the abuser (often a narcissist, a master of manipulation) calls, cries, promises to change, and suddenly she’s ready to forgive everything. He used to snap in frustration. Now he says: “I’m worried, but it’s your choice. I’ll still be here if it goes wrong.” He refuses to become another controller in her life. That part really got to me. The manipulation runs so deep, and the emotional pull is devastatingly strong. Getting out is tactical. Staying out is deeply human, and respecting her agency might be what actually breaks the cycle. The real lesson? Narcissists are tacticians. That’s a gift to some degree, they’re incredibly good at manipulating people. So you have to get ahead of that. Shabad Massacre Could Have Been Prevented: Once Shabad accused is apprehended the police will either send him to judicial custody and then to divine custody to pacify angry masses. This obviously doesn’t absolve them of their guilt. In fact, the real questions we all should be asking are: 1. Why was the accused not arrested and produced before magistrate? Was there any compelling reason to not to arrest this monster? If yes, what are they? 2. Why were the statements of victim, her mother, and uncle not recorded by the magistrate under 164 Cr PC? 3. Why were the concerns of the uncle of the victim girl and victim weren’t informed to the trial court magistrate to cancel the bail of accused? Did you (police) send this case file to public prosecutor (PP) for legal opinion to get the bail cancelled? 4. Did both ACP and DCP, Chevella review the POCSO cases in their regular crime meetings? If yes, what written instructions (about forming special parties) did senior officials give to both the CI and SI? They should be in the CD file. No padding up please. 5. Did CP, Future City ever review the POCSO cases? If yes, what instructions did he pass on to his field officers of Chevella? 6. How often did the home minister and DGP review the Pocso cases and crimes against women? If yes, please show us the minutes of meeting. 7. Every PS has a detective inspector and every ACP division has a special branch officer and did they ever come across the information about the accused? If not, why? 8. Telangana has DGP, Women Safety post. Was this Shabad case ever reviewed by DG Women Safety? Even every Commissionerate has one DCP/ACP Women Safety and many SHE Teams. How did they miss info about accused and the case? 9. Had you done at least some of the above all these precious lives would have been saved. What kept you so busy all the day that you couldn’t spare your precious time to investigate this case? Is it bandobust to Revanth and his four brothers or land deals or anything? 10. Why do you think only SI and CI alone are responsible? Why not concerned ACP and DCP? Did they not fail in close supervision of the horrendous crimes that happen in their immediate surroundings ? Unhinged cheating wife causes divorce. Husband wins joint custody so now ex wife gets her step father to take the husband out in front of his own 4 year old daughter. The story starts while still married, the relationship between Rachiel and Colby Moore had become a toxic powder keg. In this home security footage, Colby confronts Rachiel about her infidelity. It wasn’t just a bad argument—it was the start of a power struggle that would escalate for the next two years. Two years later Divorced and deep in a custody battle, Rachiel began "victim casting." She showed up to a police interview with blue medical tape on her nose, claiming Colby had headbutted her breaking her nose. As a nurse, she knew exactly how to play the part, hoping to use the "injury" to win full custody. A judge didn't buy the act and granted Colby 50/50 custody instead. The judge’s ruling was the final straw. Instead of walking away, Rachiel orchestrated a hit that came to fruition two months later. She recruited her former stepfather, Jason Curtis, providing him with Colby’s address and schedule. On March 19, while Colby was unloading groceries with his 4-year-old daughter in Santa Rosa County, Florida, he was taken out in front of his child. Rachiel thought her "battered woman" persona would be her perfect alibi. She was wrong. Police caught up with her in a parking lot, where she tried to lean into her professional identity as a nurse to deflect suspicion by still wearing the blue tape on her nose from when she claim her ex husband broke her nose via headbutt two months prior. She didn't realize that digital forensics had already linked her directly to the her step father that took her ex husband out. The performance ended in a courtroom. A jury saw through the manipulation and found Rachiel Moore guilty of first-degree premeditated murder. She was sentenced to life in prison without the possibility of parole and her step father received a similar sentence. ​This woman created all of her own problems through her own actions. In the end she was trying to take her daughter away from her ex husband forever, but instead made it where this 4 year old has no parents left in her life. This is a sad story for the family of the husband and the child that are the true victims in all of this.
