HOLY SHIT. I finally had a few minutes at work today and called AST to update my address on file (I moved after my $BBBYQ shares were canceled). I spoke with Samuel Rajan at 1-800-937-5449. While he was looking into my account, he told me the shares had been moved to Computershare. When I asked when, he said the system showed it happened in late 2025/early 2026. I double-checked and he confirmed it again. I asked for his name right after. Unfortunately, this is some “trust me bro” shit as I have no recording or anything, but if you still have shares on AST, give them a call and see what they tell you! I am fucking jacked baby!!!! 🦋😌 LFG! After work, I’ll call Computershare as I gotta go back to work now and can’t quit until official announcement!….. 😏 🍦💩🪑

Ok this is a lovely and very true story. The band I was in as a teenager ‘The Soup Dragons’ were signed to Warner Brothers at this point for our first album ‘This Is Our Art’. It came out the very same day as Prince ‘Lovesexy’. In Canada there was a mess up and our album was printed on Side 2 of ‘Lovesexy’ by mistake. Now I never knew about this till 2020 during the lockdown pandemic years ! I saw it on Discogs being a big Prince fan and was like WTF is this ? I searched high and low on the net and made a post on Twitter trying to track a copy. An hour later a guy in Hamburg contacted me saying I think I have something you may like. He said give me your address. I was a bit dubious and gave him my husband’s work address and eventually this package came. This video is only the 2nd time I played this after finding out it was actually a real copy ! And actually the pressing did happen ! I paid the guy in Germany the going Discogs rate even though he said have it as Xmas present (as it arrived Xmas eve). See there are very good people in this World. The video came up on X today as someone shared it and again it really touched me. Thank you lovely man in Germany. I met Mike & his lovely wife Linda while eating lunch in Estes visiting The Shining Hotel. I stopped him as he walked by and complimented him on his beautiful 1967 Cobra. Over hearing his wife telling him multiple times for him to take me for a ride in the Rocky Mountains since I’ve never been & he eventually asked me. It was a memory I will never forget. While on the ride we talked about every thing, life, family, cars, women, marriages. It was two strangers sitting in a beautiful car enjoying our beautiful surroundings. The point I’m getting to is things like this don’t happen by chance. Many paths are laid out upon you. It is up to you to seize the opportunity & live life to its fullest. You control your own energy & aura, you magnetize of what you become, you do not chase. Mike at the end of the ride said it was one of his most fun days he’s had in a very long time. He told me he never seen so many Mooses & other wild animals in his years of living there. Thank you for everything Mike, trusting me in your beautiful car, talking to me on a personal level like you’ve known me for years. Such a good person w a great heart. When I finally left the car I told him me & chat said he was the GOAT, he didn’t know what that meant so I explained it to him. He smiled big & laughed & told me good luck in life. Don’t miss out on opportunities when it’s right there in your face, life is too short. Go outside your comfort zone & stay true to yourself.

After a period of getting nothing done, I'm finally getting back into the gamedev! 🙂 I'm currently tinkering with our pixel art game, Sea Sniffers. The game has a fishing journal/encyclopedia to document your captures and findings. For a long time this book has been just static data. Today I finally made the whole system dynamic! New discoveries and their data now appear with a shiny sequence. UI in the game makes great use of Construct3's templating systems. I can just define templates in the editor and fill them with data from the 'FishDB' at runtime. Animations are just sequences of tweens, however the page turning animation makes use of an animated mesh distortion. Some time back I paid for a year of X pro. Now I can type these big slabs of text without worry. I'm curious how the CRT filter is going to show up in the video on the timeline though. My video should now be 1080p. Somehow I still think it's going to be destroyed by compression haha🥲 Having a really good time with work and art, which is refreshing because I went though a pretty dark period 'irl' for the last few months. I won't dive into the details, but let's just say I'm starting to see joy again ^^

In 2025, the Western States 100 is going to be a track meet. I think that in 5-10 years, almost every major ultra is going to be a track meet. Our big theory is that as ultrarunners probe the limits of human physiology, athletes will be leaving time on the table if they aren’t developing their true speed. And most athletes can’t leave time on the table as the margins get more and more narrow. That theory doesn’t mean you need to be ready for a track race—I would get my doors blown off at the Olympic Trials. It just means that every aspect of running economy has a relation to top speed. Mile speed is connected to 5k speed is connected to 100-mile speed is connected to multi-day speed. We all have our limiters, and pushing back the speed limit via strides and workouts causes immediate and sustained improvement even at very low effort levels. The same principles apply to athletes doing their first ultra or dreaming of staying ahead of cutoffs (it might even apply more). Plus, it’s fun. The amazing Cody Bare filmed my workout yesterday for The Feed (for an upcoming video series), and this is the finish of the final 3 minute interval. The session: 4 miles Z2 warm-up 6 x (3 min on/1 min easy/1 min on/1 min easy) GI training consisting of 32 oz fluid at once 2.5 miles Z2/Z3 steady running after workout At the end of the video, I go to my arms, inspired by track/trail runners like Allie Ostrander and Anna Gibson and Grayson Murphy (hitting 3:50 min/mile pace). As I said at the end with my hands on my knees: “fun.” It’s so exciting to see how our understanding of human limits is changing with big fueling, an emphasis on long-term health, and fun training. I am so inspired by everyone out there pushing their own limits, wherever those limits happen to be. I can’t wait to see where all of you go in 2025. Let’s have some fun 🧡 WE LOVE YOU ALL (even more than we love strides)

Dear young men, You can be anything in this life but please don't be a simp. I was seeing various video snippets of a certain man who went to the honest bunch podcast to share the tales of his bitter ordeal in his marriage to a certain lady whose name I don't want to mention. I sincerely have no idea about the couple until I saw the video but I realised from online comments that they were a very popular power couple on Instagram way back 2018 or thereabout. Out of curiosity, I went on YouTube to watch the full video on Glitch Africa Studio channel. I cringed while watching the video because I was very pissed off with what the guy was saying. I felt for him at the same time though. My question still remains "how can a guy be so naive?". He married at 37yrs of age. One would have expected a 37y/o man to be well experienced about life. Now he is 48yrs old with no child anywhere in the world, and his wife has left him too. His first mistake: She was already married and divorced, and she told you about it, but you are a single man who has never been married, yet you made a divorced woman your first choice and you even got married to her just five months after she slid into your DM. She was already leading you on handicap with her prior marriage experience. As a single man, marrying a divorced woman or a single mother is more like you playing Russian roulette with your life. Another mistake: You agreed to her travelling abroad while you stay behind in Nigeria. She outgrew you while you remained at same level. Another mistake: You saw a chat she had with her friend where she said she was done with you and all sort, yet you still chose to stay in the long distance marriage and kept on fooling and simping. Another mistake: You agreed to her doing an arranged marriage in US so she can get a green card. Another mistake: You live in Nigeria and earn in naira but you still send money to your "wife" who is in America. I can go on and on but wetin concern me self. Anyways, like MKO the comedian would always banter on his show, "Dodoyo go dance gbedu". As a man, you are only allowed to simp up till 25yrs of age. Once you cross your mid 20s, as a man, please love with your brain. Don't be an intentional man. Don't be a matured guy. Don't be a real man. Na mumu dey answer all those name. Don't be a simp. They told everyone you had to be there by 10 a.m. to sign in, and I was like, no problem, we’re out early. I rolled up way before that, ended up second on the list. Perfect spot, right? They put me in super late. I threw maybe six pitches total to two Cubans. Got a strikeout and a fly ball to left. Solid stuff. I felt good. I saw the big dawg, the legendary scout who’d signed tons of ballplayers, walking over, and I thought, here it comes. Some real feedback. He’s gonna see what I got. Instead, in front of everybody, “Who brought this piece of shit here?” In front of everybody! My heart dropped. Then he kept going: “Get this piece of shit out of here.” This was a major league scout with a long track record, though he’s out of baseball now after some ugly situation. I was expecting pointers like “Close out your delivery more, kid, let’s see what happens”something to build on. Not that! I’d been there since 7 a.m. on a Sunday. I’d been grinding all week throwing sessions, I come here and throw 6 or 7 pitches and this guy comes here and tells me that? I walked off the mound, sat down to switch into my running shoes, and the tears just came. Big ones rolling down. I felt crushed. Then Josue Herrera, a Pirates scout, came over, tapped me on the shoulder, and said, “Big dawg, get up from there and go run. It's in great shape. No. Ready? Thugs. They just told me a little while ago. Six have been arrested and like six or seven are under arrest. They have pictures and everything else. The PHD (Pull Him Down) syndrome is so real. I’m not one to air my struggles online, but for your information, I’ve been unemployed for a whole entire year. A full year. I am out here on X trying to make some extra cash, and all you can do is try to bruise my confidence. Bro, it took everything inside of me just to sit in front of that camera and shoot that video. Instead of supporting and uplifting a brother, you chose those exact words for a stranger you don’t even know. In a world where you can be anything, you chose negativity. It looks like we still have a long way to go as a country, but it’s chilled. I swear I am not trying to hurt anyone. I’m just trying to build my community and make money. I really don’t need this, especially since this isn't even my comfort zone. Besides, those aren't even my personal views or opinions, it’s called critical media analysis, bro. You should look it up. My partner and I got attacked at Download Festival on Sunday. We just stopped to watch a band and a women sat about 10 feet behind us in a chair marched up behind us and shouted 'f*cking get out of my way'. We told her it's a festival, we can stand where we like and you can stand up if you want to see the band. chill out! A young women next to me said she had said the same to her. The woman then continued a tirade of verbal abuse which included, you are a pair of 'big c*ocks', and 'I am going to hit you'. She then ran up behind me, ripped my hat off my head which pulled my neck back and then threw my hat into the crowd. Her male friend then punched my partner in the face. When I turned I pushed her away from me, she then grabbed my hair and kept pulling it until I was on the ground she then repeatedly kicked me in the head, face and body with her heavy boots . Luckily some wonderful bystanders pulled her away from me, as she was much bigger than me, both in height and width. We went to the security and police and they said because I pushed her I would be offered a Community Resolution, which I refused to accept. They also said we might be evicted from the festival. We were not treated as victims of assault we were treated as trouble makers. The police failed to take a full statement from us and the Download security didn't even bother talking to us, just the people that attacked us. These terrible people weren't arrested or evicted from the festival, they were allowed to stay and to potentially go on to verbally abuse and attack other innocent people. I complained to the police and did another statement yesterday. The man taking the statement was shocked as it did not come across as we were victims at all in the statement taken at the festival. It's shocking that a police office saw the video of me on the floor being repeatedly kicked in the head and face and failed to report it correctly, identify us a victims of assault and evict or arrest our attackers. I am a 55 year old woman with epilepsy, I don't drink or take drugs, my parter is 53 and didn't drink as he was driving. I was looking forward to Download as a distraction as my Mum has just been killed by medical negligence and I have been spending my time dealing with the coroners and all that goes with it. It's been the worst time of my life and this experience has just sent me over the edge. Shame on the police for victim blaming and failing to protect the public from dangerous people. As for the person at Download security you should be ashamed of yourself, believing them over us and not bothering to collect evidence from both sides. I have attached a video of me being attacked and some photos of the aggressive woman. In one of the photos you can see her being held back, so she would have happily gone back in to attack me again. I had to go home as I didn't feel safe staying, as they were still at the festival, plus I wasn't in any fit state to stay. I currently can't work as my chest has been stamped on and i'm struggling to move and breath properly. Eating is fun as the right side of my face and teeth are really uncomfortable and my lip is cut. My vision has also been intermittently blurry and I have felt dizzy. I work for myself, so getting paid time off isn't an option. We did get some witnesses but if you or anyone you know saw this women attacking or verbally abusing anyone please let me know. Let's get the face of the women who thinks it's ok to stamp on someones face and head at Download Festival known. People like this should be banned from any festival for life. A big thanks to all the wonderful people who helped me. Download is a great festival, it's such a shame people like this spoil it for others.

Back in January when Megan and I charted out the year, the dream of the Leadville 100 course record was overwhelming. But big dreams should be overwhelming. It was time to get to work. Our plan started from 3 principles: 1. I’d need to be capable of running a 13:xx 5k at altitude, or around sub-4 min mile fitness. 6-minute mile pace would need to be a jog on race day, and that all came from improving my running economy. 2. I had to get stronger to handle the unknown distance, both in terms of threshold climbing and actual muscular strength. 3. I’d have to run every step of the race, including Hope Pass. Most interestingly, none of those goals required lots of training volume. I did 8-12 hours of aerobic training most weeks with very few doubles given life constraints, usually around 60-75 miles of running and 1-2 bike rides (pulsing up and down for adaptations, with some bigger weeks and a longer down period for my accident). You don’t need to do consistent 100+ mile weeks to be good at this sport. I have been building endurance bricks for 18 years, and every brick counts. With that time, we applied 6 ideas: 1. Most weeks had a speed workout (often pacing Allie Ostrander ahead of the Olympic Trials 🔥), culminating in 12 x 400 on short rest in 63-64 seconds at altitude in June 2. I’d do threshold sessions approximately every other week, often on the uphill treadmill at 8% or 15% grade, culminating in a massive 12 x 5 minute session a few weeks before race day 3. I did uphill treadmill runs in Z2 at 20% grade all year, including for 10 min after as many aerobic runs as I could 4. I did 3-4 days of strides every single week. My strength is my speed. 5. I biked once per week in place of a run, often using Zwift races for hard sessions (A+ racing category in Zwift!) 6. Every week, I did Ultra Legs strength + squats and took a rest day, plus did heat training Big takeaway: you don’t need to do wild volume to have success in ultras. Get fast, stay fast year round, spend time in Z2, and stack some fun bricks in the context of your life. The record may have shocked the ultra world. But as Megan said, it only shocked people who haven’t been following my Strava for the last decade 🧡

I did 8-12 hours of aerobic training most weeks with very few doubles given life constraints, usually around 60-75 miles of running and 1-2 bike rides (pulsing up and down for adaptations, with some bigger weeks and a longer down period for my accident). You don’t need to do consistent 100+ mile weeks to be good at this sport. I have been building endurance bricks for 18 years, and every brick counts. With that time, we applied 6 ideas: 1. Most weeks had a speed workout (often pacing Allie Ostrander ahead of the Olympic Trials 🔥), culminating in 12 x 400 on short rest in 63-64 seconds at altitude in June 2. I’d do threshold sessions approximately every other week, often on the uphill treadmill at 8% or 15% grade, culminating in a massive 12 x 5 minute session a few weeks before race day 3. I did uphill treadmill runs in Z2 at 20% grade all year, including for 10 min after as many aerobic runs as I could 4. I did 3-4 days of strides every single week. My strength is my speed. 5. I biked once per week in place of a run, often using Zwift races for hard sessions (A+ racing category in Zwift!) 6. Every week, I did Ultra Legs strength + squats and took a rest day, plus did heat training Big takeaway: you don’t need to do wild volume to have success in ultras. Get fast, stay fast year round, spend time in Z2, and stack some fun bricks in the context of your life. The record may have shocked the ultra world. But as Megan said, it only shocked people who haven’t been following my Strava for the last decade 🧡

But here is what I will address. 1) I didn’t come to John and say ‘I’m broke dude!’ I have the screenshot. I said ‘our processor is down. Wanna talk business?’ That’s it. 2) John white labeled me into his already white labeled company. This cost John a measley $1500. He launched three products for me. Bro. Three. I went from a website with 50-100 rotating products to fucking three. A melatonin gummy, a D8 gummy, and a fucking CBD roll on. Crazy that we weren’t just slam dunking all over the industry, right? 3) I have 5 daughters that I actually raise. Two of whom were abandoned at birth. One that’s autistic.
