My dog does the opposite. He sees a dog or cute animal on TV, starts barking like crazy and wants to go outside to play with it because he thinks the TV is a window and the dog is actually out there.

Get your dogs off screens and make them go outside

yes, unfortunately our dog goes absolutely bonkers and attacks the TV while barking as if death were imminent
