Sucking at golf means you get to play more golf,being good means you just walk and dont get to play as much.

Lots of potential. I think when the tempo gets a little quick pulls and miss-hits happen. An issue I deal with as a fast player. 👍

look on the bright side... at least it wasn't a snowman!! and OH your 3 wood is going as far as your driver because you are in your own head with the big stick.. you're holding back... time to channel your inner John Daly... "Grip it, and Rip it!!"

Driver issue: Sounds like you have the wrong weight setup in the head or the shaft is not quite suited for your needs. Would suggest an unbiased fitting where you can try all the drivers from all the companies and ideally with different shafts. Big fan in low loft heads with mid/high launch shaft with a bit of flex. really give you that ability to push that driver well over the 3 wood.
