Watch here:

I remember when my Oldman died, I had to act as the anchor of the family and drop tears or grief. This thing affected me psychologically afterwards

lot of men were taught to suppress pain instead of process it. Conversations like this matter because grief doesn’t disappear just because it’s hidden.

Men do grieve they’re just often taught to hide it, not heal it.

Men actually do grieve.. they just hide behind their smiles

So happy #MENtalityWithEbuka is back 💃🏾💃🏾💃🏾

Banky W always a guest or a co-host?

I love the crop of guests. Looks like everyone will bring a different perspective to the topic under discussion, which should make it really interesting overall.

I’m a woman but I’ll be listening to this grief episode

Stupid topics, no man wants to listen to men talk about grieving, this is weakness and very unmasculine where is the testosterone or is this show for feminine men? What's all this?

Any conversation with Ali baba is a 🎯💯

You never talk about this marriage saga and malice till now ..why ??

This is so so timely wow

I am currently watching this episode. Love the show MENtality - such a great show.
