They’ve been instructed by organizers to direct all questions to a designated speaker This is common practice as there are trolls like the guy in this video trying to get clicks and discredit a legitimate movement to stop a genocide

they have set spokespeople because not everybody is instantly eloquent when an outside actor tries to do an impromptu interview. we've seen plenty of people shooting videos like this with the express intent of finding wacky people to platform. talk to the spokespeople for answers.
