Give them a chance to dream a little bit and still work at whatever they want to be." - "You never know what a player is going to surprise you with that they're able to do. Get to know the person. As coaches we try to exploit the strengths of the player & then we'll work on the things they're not good at and try to get them better at those things as we go.
