He sounds a bit disoriented. That is not something you hear everyday. The pilot might as well have said he saw Godzilla rising out of the water. I think there is this effect where we can't process certain things that are too far out of context for a given situation. 🤷‍♂️ Like when my boss is talking... all I hear is "blah blah blah". Kidding. 😅 Mostly.

This is a very old recording. I believe the copilot was checking the aft door of a Beech 99 commuter aircraft when it flew open dragging him out with it. He was actually still hanging on to the door outside the aircraft when they landed. He suffered a broken arm but he lived. Be sure to double check me on this.
