I’m almost certain this is reference to Jen McCabe telling Morrissey she would refuse to testify if Aidan was not locked up. He said he would subpoena her if she refused. Then she said “I won’t say what you want me to say”. A few days later Morrissey tried to revoke Aidan’s bail. This is according to information Krusty Panties told an informant.
