There was a spiritual sequel called Anarchy Reigns on the ps3/Xbox if I remember, decent arcade beat em up also, featured the same characters.

Dude you keep promoting all these older titles, it's great to see. Madworld was so interesting at the time and I just wish we kept getting more games like these 2000s 3D beat-em-ups
