Let’s see if he can do this experiment in his company. Standard 10% increase in salary across the board every year and 10% of profits as standard incentive to everyone in the company. Everyone will be equally motivated and productivity will be way higher. 😀

Well have been saying this since ages. Thanks to #AshneerGrover for amplifying it. Taxes are way too high in India and it hurts small businesses n middle class badly. If any1 had sense in FinMin will drastically cut direct n indirect taxes. It will also boost d economy.

Absolutely...India tax system is the most flawed one...what do you get in return nothing? We had seen during Covid times....even after paying so much tax...we had crippled helath care system...no support to middle class who lost their jobs...

पूरी तरह से सहमत हूं। देश में सभी को टैक्स के दायरे में लाओ और एक समान टैक्स लगाओ। इससे यह होगा कि किसी एक वर्ग पर टैक्स का बोझ ज्यादा नहीं पड़ेगा और देश का टैक्स कलेक्शन भी बढ़ेगा।
