So I broke up with Gym the other day. So I have to adjust my weekly routine. Anyone have any tips or exercise recommendations for at-home workouts? Bonus if you also have alternatives for the cable weight machines you normally find at the gym. I hate working out, but I'm determined to be fit and healthy 😤 💪🏻 Goal: I do not want to be slim/skinny. I just want to tone a bit, define my figure a bit more (thank you natural hourglass). But I want to stay soft and squishy :3 😔 Caveat: I do have weak joints (shoulders, elbows, and knees) from old injuries from my years as a pitcher and catcher. But I'll also take anything that might help strengthen them back up too.

So. I have just a free minute. I want to thank each and every one of you for all assistance over the past couple of days, and also for 50k followers! We continue to be in Asheville, NC doing what we can do for town. We already have a huge dinner planned tomorrow for a local shelter, and for our first responders, none of this would be possible without your help, between donating, liking, retweeting, it all helps. So thank everyone so so so much, trust me, it does not go unnoticed! We are going to be here as long as we can to try and help the good folks of North Carolina. They're going to have a very long road to recovery.

I went to the police station that's as closest to my home, sadly it turned out to be local police station and to make the report I had to go to National police thats more far away, as im very stressed and sick I had to cancel that trip for tommorow as I want to go live and thank you all for rallying behind my story! ❤️ Im setting up new SSD now to be safe do you guys want me to go live from my old pc and talk a bit to the chat while im changing everything or should I just get it done and then go live? 🦄

Disappointments surround us from all sides. We feel broken.. But we will definitely come back from under the rubble.. We in the north Gaza cling to the land like the roots of trees clinging to the soil. There is no wind that can uproot people who want to remain in their place. We are not just numbers.... We have a case. But there is no justice in this world.. My friends and loved ones.. Based on your advice, I decided to buy cat food and not wait. But I decided not to buy for a very long time for fear of wasting money. I also want to buy now so that I do not feel regret if a ceasefire occurs. Everyone knows that we have to buy from the black market, and unfortunately the prices are very ridiculous. So I will buy enough to last 3 months.. I will try to do my best to find food for cats, but if I cannot, the alternative option will be to use canned human food... I already have enough cat food to last until the end of December. But I want to buy it now because canned meat is available now.. I also mix bread with cat food to make it last longer...as shown in the video below I had a beautiful shelter before the war.. it was completely destroyed.. It had more than 60 cats. There are now about 25 cats left, and there are some cats nearby who find love and food, so they come to eat with the cats in the shelter. A company posted this on the premises for theri employees. Nowadays, majority of folks have their cells on them at all times, especially at work. They state charging your phone/electronic devices is theft as well. How would you react if this were your company? I get companies have policies, and if you work for them, to follow the rules. But where do you draw the line.

These children, who have witnessed the horrors of extermination, famine, and fear in Gaza, survived death by a miracle. Many have lost their mothers and fathers… We try with all our strength to give them a glimmer of hope through educational sessions, entertainment, and food to ease their hunger… but we cannot do it alone. Usually I don’t speak on political issues often however Charlie Kirk’s death (RIP) hits a little too close to home. Perhaps it is because anyone who has some resemblance of a following who is outspoken against any narrative online has probably received some sort of threat in their inbox. (I know I have) It is baffling to me that one could harbour such a large amount of hate inside of them to want to have another silenced for having differing opinions than their own. I think about all my outspoken friends who are in positions faced to the public and of course myself and what this potentially means for all of us. This of course, would never stop me from speaking out to what’s right, so perhaps that is also why I wanted to make a comment. To me it is disgusting behaviour to mock/be happy about the death of people you disagree with that have done nothing wrong. I think about all my friends, family who could be wrongfully persecuted based off the delusions of perceived “sides”. The amount of hate manufactured and projected onto you for just living your life and not complying to a certain ideal is insane. I don’t like fear mongering but I also think it’s important to stay vigilant to what’s going on around you. It is a very real reality that there are people out there that hate you just for simply being you and what you represent to them. We’ve seen evidence of this twice this week and I suspect more to come unfortunately. I am always hopeful so I will leave this message on a positive note, that just as much hate has also been met with just as much love. There are many amazing kind hearted people out there standing up for what’s right and building community, coming together. Even if they are moving in silence behind the scenes or in front stage, I see you and I honour your work.

We buy like 5 loafs from the local bakery every few months Then cut all loaf in slices, I got this bread cutting machine for it on Amazon Then we freeze those slices We don't eat bread a lot but sometimes, so if you wanna eat bread, you just put a frozen slice in air fryer for about 7 minutes and you have toasted bread One reason is that whenever we go to the bakery here after 12 noon all bread is sold out, so this is easier Now studies show freezing bread and other starches is healthier for you as it doesn't spike your blood sugar as much Related I try to start my day with protein, never carbs or sugar, just egg or meat and then carbs or fruit after I know lots of people start their day with fruits cause I see it at hotel breakfast and I try avoid starting my day with that This trick originally from Andrey Azimov who got it from Michael from Dojobali

The thing about the Kool Aid and Pineapple trend is that I have watched people complain about Blacks being criminals, a nuisance, useless, annoying. I have seen people claim they want to see Blacks gone and die off, disappear, Yet I remain confused when I witness the same people complain about Black people practicing capitalism, being peaceful, not being criminals, not even involve or try to gain the attention of the people that hate them and end up gaining media attention in the process, and even better for the people that hate them, pushing products that will lead to them dying off… So what is it, do you want them to practice a healthy meal schedule and do you want them to steal? It’s a strange narrative I’ve been watching.
