Yes. I walk barefoot in my yard and garden everyday. My mom had us in bare feet as children.

Yes I do. Because if you take your shoes off, I know it’s going to sound weird but if you walk in a forest barefooted, you look with your feet not your eyes. I know that don’t make any sense, but it’s true

I became good at troubleshooting floating ground problems in complex machines. Without a good ground normal levels of background noise can cause many random errors. Humans are electrical. Brainwaves are measured in microvolts. Humans were designed for skin to be grounded.

When I am stressed or anxious, I go outside and just sit in my grass and just feel the earth. I get a calming feeling, I usually have to be out there for 30-40 minutes, then I feel settled and able to continue.

Think about how great you feel after a walk on the beach barefoot.

You can prove it real fast by taking off your shoes then touching an electric fence. 😂😂
