With the new Live2D beta, you can easily have model-covering effects that also work with various toggles and such! Before you would have had to have multiple copies, clipped to different versions to accommodate each toggle...

KEEP (upscale just the face in a video) is now out !! model: one thing that occurred to me is right now the upscaling is done by RealESRGAN (old school😎), but you can easily switch it to any other upscaler, the code is pretty expandable
