Castor oil packs are PHENOMENAL! You can get the packs from Amazon... use a heat pad for where ever you want to use it (thyroid, bursitis, liver, pancreas, kidneys... anywhere!)

I use castor oil on my face. I had big brown bump that would never go away, I even went to the derm. to get it checked to make sure it wasn't cancer. Used CO on my face for 3 months, brown bump is totally gone!

Taking black seed oil will do the same! 1tsp 2x a day!
