These type of men KNOW how dangerous it is. They just don't want to bother caring.

They just don’t want to keep bothering

He’s not your friend girl. My girlfriend wanted to meet up with this guy just tonight, and I wasn’t going to let her meet him alone at night. Guys get it, they’re demonstrating to you they don’t care about you or safety enough to be inconvenienced momentarily.

Your girl wants to meet with another guy? How is she still even your girl??

Sister, I’m gay af. My “girlfriend” is a friend who is a girl. So yes, if my girl or any of my girls want to meet up with a strange nigga at night, yes I’m finna walk them and check his ass out if I can. I guess my pfp is totes masq and gives straight4striaght energy. 🙃

Oh I checked your location, here in the USA gay people are allowed to walk around freely & openly coexist with other humans without fear of death (in most cases), or government restrictions. This must be where the confusion came from. It’s why y’all’s gays are trying to get here.

What’s truly sad about this, is that none of your girlfriends would’ve put you in that situation. They would’ve walked with you or they would’ve waited for you or they would’ve driven you to your car. Men acting like we need their protect protection when they act like this.🙄

Schrodingers Cat argument, those men could have been the nicest ever or rapists. We would never know until it happens. All a friends can do is make sure it doesnt happen. A woman can live in the safest place ever and still be attacked. A woman can be blackout drunk untouched.

Omg if you're scared of the dark then stay home at night 💀 they'll be outside in the dead of the night and be afraid because men have the audacity to exist.

You can’t be serious man 😂

Replies proving guys don't get it

He was a dick. You walk her to the car. Minimum. She might drive you up to your car. Or not. Likely best to let her get home ASAP.

Why didn’t she have her friend drive her to her car?

I believe we all know the answer to this

Odds are the guy “friend” wouldn’t have been able to do anything even if he had walked her to her car - sounds like a soy boy. My husband is the complete opposite - head on a swivel for these exact situations at all times and I feel incredibly safe with him.

Man, that freedom and equality had some completely foreseeable consequences.

Keys between fingers is utterly retarded. Tell her to attack a soft, fluffy pillow with those keys so she can see what happens: 1. Her grip's not strong enough to hold them in place. 2. She'll hurt her hands. 3. She'll focus on the pain and forget all about pillow attacks.

Over 90% of men won’t touch women in the way women freak out about which is why it sounds hilarious that women all claim they have had that experience

That’s not her friend. He’s an asshole and a creep too. Basic level emotion intelligence is a struggle for men these days.

they get it. they don’t care cause they don’t have to face those dangers since they are the danger

We "don't get it" because a lot of women's safety "rules" are fucking retarded. Have you ever actually tried to punch something with keys between your fingers? You're not going to do very much damage to your target and you're REALLY not going to like how your hand feels after

Even in our city, I think it's generally common knowledge to help women stay safe by walking them to their cars, locking doors and such. I'd like to think that this is something that you teach your kids as they start dating - teach it both at home and at school.

Even if I thought her fear was irrational, I'd certainly walk her to her car as a courtesy.

If you’re so afraid of random people, go into the woods and pick the bear. Either way, shut the fuck up.

The Friend has been trying to get with her. She’s not giving him any play. She’s keeping him in the friends zone them hanging out that night was another attempt and he’s just not invested in protecting her or invested in anything yet when it comes to that friendship.

some men just know, “if i find myself in a life or death i try my very best to come out alive” sometimes you can’t prepare for the worst, that’s how life is

Well, SHE could have walked with him to his car, and be dropped off on the way down. Also he could have done what she asked him to feel better, even if he found it ridiculous. That said, it is not an issue of men not getting it or that all men are evil. We too, get alert if we see a group of guys that could be a potential threat. The difference is that we are way more street smart and scan/evaluate said threats faster and more precisely. 4 drunk dudes on a restaurant parking? Most likely nothing. Could be, but the environment context matters. 4 dudes walking behind my back on an alley at a shit neighborhood? Survival mode is 100% on. So we get it. We just analyse it better.

Depends on the color of the guys

Lol I remember a story a woman walking to her car saw a sketchy black guy and said “oh im just racist” then he kidnapped and raped her Women have no concept of who’s dangerous or not- and her friend has no duty to protect her, thats what husbands are for

Ugly bitches are obsessed with this kind of safety theatre

Nope … Mark is a “friend” , but she wants bf behavior from him. She is not entitled to universal male protection. Mark probably understood he’d been friend-zoned so she had no particular interest in him , so he had no particular duty to her.

these bitches are like this living in a flok police state, i wonder who this society was built for? unreal

The guy she deals with obviously have no empathy and they probably just as vulnerable as she is if they're around her age bunch of queers

Get what? That women sometimes are scared? Yes, we get that. Am I missing something?

I don’t care. Your problems are not my problems

I understand her apprehension. Its a dangerous world.

Just because you “feel” like you’re in danger does not mean you actually are. Men are still far more likely to be victims of violent crime. Also if you’re that afraid of these heinous crimes, maybe only go out during the day, and avoid establishments that serve alcohol.
