If I was that stupid, I'd be pretty surprised I gratduated. too.
A civilized and respectful society relies on a modicum of decorum at Public ceremonies like a graduation so that ALL attendees can have a positive experience. Stuff like this is selfish and an indicator of a low quality human. No debate.
Was there a memo that went out to tell these ret*rds to do this?
My high school was 70% black, and there was no twerking. They started a riot, yes, but no twerking.
