I can’t wait for the results! My wife and I went to Europe a couple years ago for a little over two weeks. She has all the symptoms you have except the chronic coughing. On day two in Italy, after eating a horrible gluten-free pizza, she decided to try regular pasta. Nothing. She ate pasties and breads in Paris, everything in Portugal 😂. Never had a reaction. I don’t know if it’s a placebo effect, but I believe it’s the food here in America. Maybe it’s pesticides. I don’t know, but that’s our experience.

Or maybe, Dr. Weinstein, you are allergic to glyphosate, or one of the equally toxic replacement chemicals (diquat dibromide, fluazifop-P-butyl, triclopyr, and imazapic or combination thereof) now used in Roundup, the herbicide and desiccant, which Europe has banned but which the USDA continues to approve and Big Agriculture continues to spray on all U.S. wheat crops to bring them to harvest, despite clinical and court evidence that it is carcinogenic and strongly implicated in several autoimmune (e.g., Asthma, Celiac) and neurological (e.g., Parkinsonism) disorders.
