I have an empathy robot that does it for me

I never understood the obsession with people being late, especially by a few minutes or even 15 minutes. I look at the value of the person and how without their contribution, the company would suffer without them.

certainly some corporations by chasing growth/revenue at any cost have lost sight of empathy..Cintas is the example of this

If only more company's did care. one of the worst is the Healthcare. it's always the dollar before people.

Did Jamie Dimon, who you look up to, have empathy for those hit hardest by the pandemic when he was unwilling to return overdraft fees of 2 Billion when his bank was given taxpayer money numerous times to bail them out?

Unfortunately there are a lot of people who lack empathy.

Love this, I have always used empathy and taught my children the same thing, I believe we all should show empathy in all aspects of life.👏❤️🙏

Love your message here. It’s what I’ve been feeling for a long time now. My husband says I have too much empathy but that’s why he loves me. So many no longer put themselves in others shoes. It seems to be an All About ME mentality now. I wish it would change 😔
