EAT MORE FRUIT 🍉 🍎 🍌 🍏 🍊 🍓 Big fruit maxxer here. Fruit is the first thing I eat each day and I’m constantly snacking on fruit between meals. The way fruit is structured (predominantly water and fiber), it’s very very hard to ‘overeat’ to the point of weight gain when eating plain natural fruit. So eat more fruit!
