While pursuing his phd. at Stanford, Dr Kokkalis faced significant challenges managing his email after founding Gameola. To cope, he hired a remote assistant but was uneasy about giving access to his inbox. This is what inspired him to create this system that will alow users to delegate email management tasks without compromising their privacy. A weeklong study involving 28 participants demonstrated that users completed twice as many email-based tasks when assisted by EmailValet compared to managing emails on their own. Participants also reported increased comfort with sharing their inbox over time.
