Yes I actually had a similar scenario Pushing a B767-300ER out to launch flight crew on board and in a rush turned on hydraulics and kicked the rudder pedals whilst in tow Destroying the tow bar fitting and sheared the shear bolts on the tow bar 🤬🤨🫢🤔🤫🤣😎✈️

It looks almost like the pilot tapped the brakes. If you watch slowly the gear pushes back slightly before the twist and the tow bar and plane speeds look pretty constant to the background so I have to guess the brakes

The nose gear pin you can see, but it looks like the tow bar was improperly attached/wasn’t pushed down and locked into place. When the pushback tug took on more resistance from the aircraft, it detached and the nose gear turned. Just a guess.
