@FredDiBiase247 I noticed a dramatic improvement in my mental acuity during and after my entended water fasting. Fasting is a cure-all and very few people know about it.

@FredDiBiase247 Excessive aluminium in the brain also contributes to dementia and alzheimers. Fluoride is the toxic waste from aluminium processing and as it's expensive to get rid of this waste, it was found that it was cheaper and more profitable to add it to toothpaste. Avoid fluoride.
