May I recommend the film Shadowlands, in which Anthony Hopkins plays CS Lewis? Was my first introduction to him and a great, moving film as well.

I love C. S. Lewis! Read the Screwtape Letters and Mere Christianity. Mere Christianity was during WWII when Lewis would risk his life to go to the BBC and make broadcasts. These broadcasts became Mere Christianity!

Re-reading his "Mere Christianity" book for the 3rd time right now. Such a good book.

You can't explain or show this world to an atheist, they have to find it themselves.
