F1 drivers do the same thing, as did the astronauts. Visualization is the same as doing as far as the mind is concerned. We become what we think about all day long and all.

I’m guessing because visualization is, to the brain, the same as doing.

The son of a Coastie my dad was stationed with is one of the Blue Angels. I got to meet them all last summer and it was super cool!

All these wonderful flying tricks don’t win wars The last war the USA won was WW2 excluding the Panama invasion I insane tons of short videos showing how excellent our snipers are how wonderful I fighters are and how our Marine Corps can do great drilling. I also see a videos of how wonderful our carriers are launching planes, but none of this is going to win a war against a bunch of hoodies with cheap drones. This is all propaganda to make US think that the military budget which is three times out of China is actually being spent on valuable stuff instead of being lifted by a few companies for profit only. If you doubt this think about NASA, which also spent massive amount of money, but has never been able to duplicate what SpaceX did on private funds

That’s smart. We used to do something similar. Live getting to see these guys coming home from a show every week. We get a flyby over the pier and a loop around town.

I was lucky enough to see them perform once at Patrick AFB. They are amazing.
