Bodybuilders vs Fighters = instant regret 😂 Real clips of gym bros challenging trained MMA/boxers and getting humbled. Skill beats size every time. My son is a bodybuilder so know that I do understand that world. I know that it takes hard work and discipline on both sides because I know men who are bodybuilders and trained Jujitsu fighters. Just curious what you think. What do you think separates the bodybuilders who get humbled in these clips from the ones who actually cross over successfully into fighting (like some strongman-to-MMA transitions)? Is it mostly training gaps, ego, or something deeper about how strength sports vs combat sports wire the brain and body differently?
