Saw him live a zillion times as a teenager. Free for All, Stranglehold, Cat Scratch Fever, Double Live Gonzo... and his Asbury Dukes stuff is fantastic.

I went to see him one time, instead of buying a ticket at Ticketmaster, you donated food. He was collecting for the truly needy. That’s who Ted Nugent is. Sure he’s outspoken, truthfully I find it refreshing. Rock On✊

Ted was beloved in the’70s. Of course we weren’t interested in the hyper-political stuff you have today and nobody knew (or cared) about Ted’s politics or if he was an avid hunter. Ted Nugent rocked…and his shows were a can’t miss.

I used to. Then I saw him in concert in 1980 and it was one of the worst shows I ever saw. Ted spent half the show swinging around like Tarzan while Derek St. Holmes did all the heavy lifting.

He was one of my childhood heroes. That'll always be there. Double Live Gonzo has massive.
