I like making eggy in a basket style (from V for Vendetta). Cut a hole in the center of a slice of bread after buttering both sides (I use a shot glass), its a bit messy but you use less butter that way. Grease center and crack egg into it.

Runny yolks, served on top of scrapple. All time favorite. Takes me back to simpler times.
