Outstanding post Howard. On the money. A few individuals really latch onto these reports as proof of terrible injury or disease (I had one yesterday). Most don't and a proportion can be guided towards a more rational understanding.

Well, yes, it does from time to time. Like: “not much to write about”. But that happens only with long term relationship with MSK Radiologist who does not have to say much about irrelevant (asymptomatic)“abnormalities”

Great message! I tore my ACL in my 40s. After they did the MRI they told me they'd detected some type of cancer in my knee!! About 48 hours later, that issue had mysteriously disappeared & I was back to a vanilla ACL tear. The scans are amazing but sometimes they "see too much".

So very well explained, ageing & changes internally wasn’t a thing I thought about after all my superfoods were doing their magic😉. Acceptance of not being in our 20s is okay & normal. 👩👵

"Normal" is a setting on a washer or dryer.
