Um no, what was explained here cant happen, unless the transportation service running the bus were supervillains. These buses have holding tanks, sometimes 100g, sometimes 40g, depends. You cannot pull a lever in a cockpit of any rec vehicle and spill those contents. And in fact, in some cases you have to have pump to pull the material out. So what this guy might have done, is position the bus over the bridge, and attempt to empty ths holding tank manually
