I prefer my eggs nude. Cook them in some salted butter & a lil cheese now and then. I'm super traumatized by the "everything but the kitchen sink" hard scrambled eggs forced on me as a child. Sazon, adobo, big ass chunks of onion, Vienna sausages 😭

Is she British? The other day I made a sweet omelette b/c I came across it in a novel. (I do this a lot) No recipe, but ingredients were eggs, milk, & sugar. I made it. Nope. Remembered novel’s set in England. 🤦🏾‍♀️ Tried again adding cinnamon, salt & pepper, & a drop of vanilla. 🤌🏾
