Do you think layout levels should be rated? Why or why not?

if its enjoyable, balanced, and manages to uphold an experience similar to or better than a fully decorated level, i believe at that point it should be good for a rating, no reason why it shouldn't since there's no rule saying you Have to decorate in order to obtain a rate

Yes, because it would allow a lot more people to get into creating, and I’ll admit that there are some cool layouts out there, but at the same time no, because it would feel like a big middle finger to all of those who actually learned to decorate rate-worthy levels.
