I patched together the 3 different zoomed-in images you used above and it shows pieces of the full actual camera angle are missing. Probably because it would more clearly show it's a just spider web.

I’m calling shenanigans on this.

First time I saw this in the garage camera it freaked me out. Then I realized what it was. Still... had fun telling the kids it was a ghost.

The surrounding isn’t even lit up - a bad fake?
