So you built a motel?

A small, decent two person sauna is over 10k.

He’s lying….$8k doesn’t even begin to cover the material costs of those buildings.

7 "houses" for $8k? I call bs. BUT the business venture is an old concept, and a viable one.

If I wanted to be that close to other people I would go to the Beach. Just Imagen staying there and being stuck next to and around a bunch of annoying fuckers.... PASS!!

Like everything else, It comes down to water/sewer and electrical hookup If you don't have the Permits, this is useless
