I grudgingly concede that Mad Max was - like idiocracy - a documentary about the future.
One of my ideas was a sort of hedgehog configuration. Something like rubber triangular spikes. It would keep the blast away from the metal armored vehicle.
How would tankers get out of such a hedgehog tank in an emergency?
