Never did, the Sun is life not met to be filtered through chemicals, just expose in moderation

Our lenses not only shield your eyes from harmful UV rays but also enhance your visual experience.

My grandfather told me the same thing when I was a kid over 30 years ago. Prepare for the sun, and cover up or find shade. A good hat and a light long sleeve shirt are all you need.

Don't use mouthwash either. It kills the microbiome on your tongue and in your mouth.

@meantweeting1 Zinc oxide!

@meantweeting1 No. I've never used sunscreen. It smelled awful and there was always something not quite right about sunscreen. And I'm a little white girl to boot.

I’ve never used sunscreen, and I refused to put it on my children even when they were babies.

I burn without it… what the heck am I suppose to do? Avoid the outside world or burn and age prematurely?

So, what do you use when you go to the beach to pretext yourself from getting burned?

Yes, I do . I call it a hat and tee shirt. I don't believe in putting chemicals in or on my body. Get outside and get your vitamin D whenever you can.

Thank you for letting people know
