I'll never understand why drivers of any vehicles stop for these savages. It puts them & any passengers they have in severe danger.

That type of behavior explains why they live in 3rd world countries. They risk their lives in most instances to migrate elsewhere and instead of adapting to the local culture and environment, they want to destroy it. They may as well just stay in their home country.
