Murray took his life after he withdrew on Friday during the second round of the 2024 Charles Schwab Challenge. “We would like to thank the PGA Tour and the entire world of golf for the outpouring of support,” his parents said. “Life wasn't always easy for Grayson, and although he took his own life, we know he rests peacefully now.” Grayson previously opened up about his struggles and how it impacted his family. Heartbreaking.

For this week’s Great Rosary Campaign, we are once more praying for Scott Adams. We previously prayed for Scott last summer, given his cancer diagnosis. Now we will pray for him again because of his recent announcement that he will likely pass away soon, AND that he intends to convert to Christianity. We mourn for the former, but rejoice in the latter! Scott has been a huge blessing to many people, including me. Let us pray the Rosary for his conversion to the Catholic Faith, in particular that he is able to receive Catholic baptism before he enters eternity. The suggested penance this week is a 24 hour water fast (nothing but water), adjusted for your state in life. Thank you, Lord Jesus Christ, for instituting baptism for the full and complete cleansing of all our sins, and the reception of the Holy Spirit into our souls! We ask, especially through the prayers of Your Blessed Mother, that Scott is able to receive this greatest of gifts before his passing so that he may live with You for eternity. God bless you, Scott! Thank you for everything. We are praying and fasting for you!
